Delivery is generally made in 7 to 20 days worldwide.

Your package is delivered during office hours (9am to 5pm). If you are not there, the postman will leave the package in the mailbox or if there is no access, you will have to pick it up at your local post office.

Just go to the "order tracking" page and enter your order number.

Your package is probably delayed by customs. In this case, you have 30 days (from the date of shipment) to receive it. Beyond 30 days, you can request a refund or a gesture of goodwill will be made to thank you for your patience.

You can return your package within 14 days to be refunded or to make an exchange. In the case of a refund, it will take 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment method. For the exchange, we will return an item to you when we receive the returned item. BEFORE sending a reference, contact us on Instagram or by email to discuss the terms and conditions.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color / size etc...).
